Not good Positive: The ac Negative: Too many spiders. The water has a funny smell

Positive: Nothing this place is awful!!! Don't waste your money stay at a hotel or another cabin your better off trust me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Negative: Falsely advertised...what we saw on booking.com versus what we saw when we got there was awful....the porch had rotted steps...the hot tub cover was broken/falling in...unknown substance floating in the hot tub...the whole house had a sewage smell to it...there were bugs alive and dead throughout the home...the walls had dirt from previous hand prints/etc on it...there was old gum stuck and hanging off of a metal basket to the wall...the grill was so rusted that the burners in the grill were broken in pieces so unable to grill our steaks/etc...the porch also had one of the legs broken at the bottom with nails poking through...no toilet paper...what we saw in pictures on the booking.com site is Falsely advertised versus what we saw...we arrived walked around and I asked the owner to call..she didn't have phone support so they say...we wanted a full refund and we left within 20 minutes after we arrived and didn't stay...DON'T BOOK THIS CABIN! I've reached out to booking.com due to them not updating what the actual state of their cabin and false advertised pictures show....the owner also wanted to put us up in another place but if you can't take care of one cabin how do you expect anyone to go to another one of your owned cabins if one is so unkempt and uncleaned...the owner said the cleaners sent pictures several days before our booking and then again after we left but found no issue...I doubt the cleaners went and took pictures but if they did where are they???I would like to see them because all the pictures I took tell a different story..and thankfully all my pictures have the time..date..gps location to prove it was their cabin!

I would think twice before booking again. Positive: It was cozy. Negative: Didn’t give accuracy while booking this property, thought security deposit was included in the fee, but was not. Found out after booking, did not offer a refund so I had to pay more to stay. Bathrooms and kitchen gives a smell from pipes every time you run the water or flush the toilet. It airs through the house. Also, the WiFi was not working. I’m pretty sure they knew this before we booked. They said that a technician would have to come out but it wouldn’t be until after we left the property, so we had to use our own hotspot in an area where service was already bad. I give this house a 6/10. Other than the three things I mentioned, it was comfortable.
